What a worksheet is

A worksheet is your own list of up to 100 question bank questions from one subject at one level. You build it from the syllabus, practice it in Augment, share it by link or export it as a PDF. You can keep up to 200 worksheets.

Building one

Choose New worksheet, then:

  1. pick the subject and the level (SL or HL);
  2. tick the topics and subtopics to draw from;
  3. narrow by paper, difficulty and type if you want, or ask for questions you haven't tried yet;
  4. choose how many questions and how to spread them: evenly across the topics you ticked, or in proportion to how many questions each has;
  5. review the list: swap a question for another like it, remove it, move it, or add questions by hand;
  6. name it and save.

Nothing is saved until you press Save. The questions come back in syllabus order.

Changing a worksheet later

Open it and choose Edit questions. Change the recipe and add more draws more questions the same way as before, leaving out the ones already on it. Rename changes the name and description; Duplicate makes a copy.

Your results on a worksheet

A worksheet uses the question bank's marking, so your verdict on a question is the same in the worksheet and in the bank. "12 of 20 attempted" counts your results on those questions wherever you gave them. Clear my results removes your verdicts on that worksheet's questions.

Sharing by link

Share turns on a link anyone with an account can open. They see the name, description, subject, level and questions, never who made it, and their results are their own. To use it as their own, they save a copy.

Turn sharing off to stop the link working. Making a new link stops the old one.

Exporting as a PDF

Export as PDF is in the worksheet's menu, on its page and in the editor. Choose whether to include the markschemes. The PDF is made on your device; we don't store it.

  • Every page carries your email, the date and a reference number, with your email faintly across the page. The PDF is for your own study, and these marks show where a copy came from.
  • You can export 10 times an hour, 30 times a day and up to 1,000 questions a day.
  • Only the owner can export. To export a shared worksheet, save a copy first.

A question disappeared from my worksheet

If we take a question out of the bank to fix it, it drops out of every worksheet that holds it until it's back.
