How the notes are organized

Each subject's notes follow its syllabus: one page per topic or subtopic, in the order of the subject guide. After the syllabus come Exam skills (opening with an overview of the assessment), Internal assessment where a subject has pages for it, and the Glossary.

Pages that aren't written yet show as "coming soon" in the contents.

SL and HL

The SL view leaves out HL-only material. The HL view shows everything, with HL-only pages marked. Switch from the subject's name at the top of the contents.

Moving around

  • The contents sit beside the page on a wide screen and in a sheet on a phone. \ shows or hides them.
  • ← and → go to the previous and next page.
  • / finds a page by its number, its name or words from its summary.
  • At the end of each page: Mark as done, Practice these questions (the same subtopic in the question bank) and the next page.

Marking a page done

Mark as done (or D) ticks the page in the contents. The subject's front page shows how much you've read, and Continue takes you to the page you opened last.

The glossary

Each subject's glossary lists its terms A to Z with short definitions, and each links to the page that introduces it. Terms also appear as Key terms at the end of that page, and in the finder.

Reading settings

The cog in the contents changes the text size, the typeface and whether the "On this page" outline shows. + and - change the text size. F turns on focus mode, which hides everything but the page; Esc leaves it. These settings are kept on each device.

Last reviewed

Each page shows the day it was last reviewed. A page can be reviewed without changing, so this date can be newer than its last update.

Something is wrong on a page

Send feedback while the page is open (Feedback in the sidebar, or Send feedback in the account sheet on a phone). The report is attached to the page you're reading. See Reporting a problem.
